Conference Registration

Tickets for the 2026 Applied Machine Learning Conference are now available! We expect the conference to sell out, so be sure to secure your tickets early.

Early Bird pricing is available until March 20!

Employer-Paid Tickets

Employer-Paid tickets are for professionals whose employer (or another organization, like a university or government agency) is covering the cost of their conference registration. Ticket sales at the employer-paid rate help make the conference possible and allow us to keep ticket prices accessible for others, especially students.

If you think this might apply to you, please pursue this route first. Many organizations have professional development or training budgets that can cover conference registration — it’s worth checking with your manager or HR department.

Personal Tickets

Personal tickets are for individuals who are registering for the conference using their own money.

Student Tickets

Student tickets are for students currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution. Graduate-level and Ph.D. students are welcome to register at the student rate. A valid student ID is required.

Some university programs offer modest professional development benefits that can help cover the cost of conference registration for students. If this applies to you, please consider registering at one of the higher rates, depending on your budget.

A limited number of student tickets are available at the Early Bird rate, so get yours while supplies last!

Full Conference and Friday/Saturday Only Tickets

AMLC participants can choose to register for Full Conference, Friday Only, or Saturday Only tickets.

  • Full Conference tickets include access to all events across both days of the conference. They’re also available at a discount relative to registering for Friday and Saturday individually.
  • Friday Only tickets provide access to the first day of the conference, including keynote presentations and technical talks at the Violet Crown Cinema. Friday Only tickets do not include practical tutorials at the UVA School of Data Science on Saturday.
  • Saturday Only tickets provide access to the second day of the conference, including practical tutorials at the UVA School of Data Science. Saturday Only tickets do not include keynote presentations and technical talks at the Violet Crown Cinema on Friday.

We encourage Full Conference registration, but single-day tickets are a good option for participants whose schedule only allows them to attend one day or the other.

Conference T-Shirt

A limited edition 2026 AMLC T-Shirt is available as an optional add-on with any ticket purchase. If you order a shirt, you can pick it up when you check in on-site at the conference registration desk.

To allow time for production, T-Shirt sales will close a few weeks before the conference. Place your shirt orders early!

Support the Conference

The Applied Machine Learning Conference is an independent, community-organized event — we’re not backed by a large company looking to advertise or sell a product. We rely on the generosity of sponsors and community members to make the conference possible and keep it high-quality.

If you’d like to support us beyond your ticket purchase, you can make an additional contribution of any amount using the “Support the Conference” line item in any of the registration forms above.

Can’t attend this year, but still want to help? Consider showing your support by making a standalone contribution below.

All contributions are voluntary and do not provide any additional conference benefits or access. They are not tax-deductible.
